Personal preference, I would recommend August, temperature is good, usually not too busy, however I hear its getting busier now. We were over this year in June and it was very quiet even the cab drivers were complaining. From our viewpoint however it was perfect. November to March is usually very hot, steamy and raining. But each to their own. Have a great honeymoon.
