We looked at the complex as well and talked to some expats who live in the area and decided not to have anything to do with the place.
Poor workmanship and substandard materials on the build .
Seems also the main sewer pipe runs very near by and is broken (has been for years )and is causeing problems with smell and drainage.
Outrigger delayed opening for months due to final inspection for defects and all are not fixed yet.
Just a few of the problems that need to be adressed .
