Our flights (AA: Per - KL and KL - DPS and Jet* DPS - PER) cost in total roughly $585.00pp (all inclusive - no meals on jetstar). I got that price by spending a lot of time tweaking dates. If we'd gone a day either side on any flights the prices would have changed.
Rates for accom are as posted on their website except the Lokha who were able to give us a bit of a stay 7 pay 6 deal. I suspect it was because we are return guests and were booking 2 super deluxe rooms and I asked of course!
Oh but with the KL accom I booked through Agoda (cheapest rates I could find - confirmed booking with hotel afterwards so all is good and legit so far LOL)
All in all the 16 day holiday will cost us about $1250 per person (accom and flights). Last time we went in Sept 06 it cost us about 1100 pp for 14 nights so I'm pretty happy with it. Could have got cheaper if we'd waited to book flights and booked the holiday a week later with Jet*'s sale but oh well......
