anything to do with the bookings or even know who guests are. I was phoned to try to contact RatesToGo but like I said after trying, found they were only open Mon-Fri 9-5.
I only posted this to try to assist people in making sure they have secure bookings. Didn't realise it was going to turn into the inquisition
