the execution will take place before the fasting month, or at least from a legal perspective is able to take place. There is a bit of talk about the manner of execution. They have exhausted all legal avenues in terms of appeals. Currently will be by firing squad, however, they maintain it is 'inhumane' and will inflict too much 'suffering'! Their legal team is looking for the noose, so they are lodging a Judicial Review to the Constitutional Court about the manner in which it will take place. However, the Attorney-General's Office say this review will not serve as an obstacle. The plans to execute are still progressing and there are a number of administrative matters to be finalised.
