Nicki is VERY busy ALL the time because word of mouth isn't what it used to be because of how many thousands of people the internet reaches every day. Imagine the poor womans email inbox of a morning!!She doesn't work 9 to 5 ,7 days a week as she has kids to pick up from school and care for. She does a fantastic job and always goes way and beyond to be sure your happy with your holiday. Give the lady a chance.If she doesn't return your email try ringing her or leave a message, we all want to win lotto ,but you gotta be in it to win it! Yes, I too have been impressede by Nicki's work!
