Some of the serves are just massive and could easily in my opinion almost feed a local family of 4! When you consider how much meat (chicken for example) that the locals divide amoung each other when preparing their family dishes, us westerners must have a good reputation of being the big eaters that we are. But I often think wow, does the cook really think I'm capable of eating all of that? I too am not a sparrow when it comes to eating, but I also am aware of my limits of consumption hahehe.

It brings to mind of a few weeks ago when I was at Gracie's and a family whom I was sitting next to had their son (a skinny little probably about 11yr old boy) ordered a meal...The son ordered the roast chicken specialty which came with vegetables, I'm not exaggerating in saying that he had half a chicken on his plate and the plate was more like a platter topped to the max with vegies and all the trimmings that go with a roast chicken. He sat himself at the bar and the staff were all smiling saying 'big eater ya?' What amazed me and I'm sure amazed the staff is that he ate almost everything on the plate! I couldn't have eaten all that even if I tried.

If you want a big meal go to Gracies and order the chicken specialty you won't be disappointed in the meal not being big enough :)
