Either Kumpul 2 or 3 would probably suit if they have vacancies.
Prices on the website with Kumpul 3 a bit more expensive & is newer.
For 3 months price would probably be negotiable.

Perhaps Villa Pisang Mas in a 2 bedroom bungalow might suit too.
They have prices on their website & do negotiate for longer.
We leased a bungalow here for 18 months - a 2 bedroom then a 1 bedroom but that was last year.
