it is the Pro Xl, just google the card you have and the site should come up and then have a read to see if you can. Big problem if the site is in Indonesisn though which I think was the case.
Easiest way to recharge is sms a friend in Bali with your number and ask them to top up with 10,000 rupiah and then pay them back next trip. Keep the top up going each 2-3 months and shouls be good for when you arrive. They only need your number to recharge.
