I am from Sydney and have contacted her 3 times for 3 separate trips, 1 time she said i am busy i will get back to you in a week or two, NEVER heard. Shame as i would of liked to have tried her, people rave about her. Sad as I was going to contact her again for another try, but not so sure i am game too.
