The "in home bleaching" is a mouthguard device that paste is placed into and the mouthguard is then inserted to cover the teeth. For the RP1.25M it does a reasonable job in bleaching the teeth a few shades lighter.
The "in room treatment" that Rudy refers to is a similar process where gel is painted onto the teeth then a laser is used to activate the gel and whiten the teeth. A friend on here Kerrie "seasbabe" had it done recently by Dr Sucipito in Denpasar and was over the moon with the results, about 6 shades lighter she said at a cost of US$550 I think, maybe Kerrie will chime in here and fill you in more.
