If you are in Kuts get a taxi up (if not one way) Jl. Raya Kuta that becomes Jl. Imam Bonjol and I think you go past Ace hardware on the left then left into Jl. Patih Jelantik & Kuta galleria on the corner.
From Legian it is off Jl. Legian east up Jl. Majapahit ?? and then via left into Patih Jelantik - from memory walking you go over a bridge. There also is a good wholesale serong shop on the left.
