Yes they have some choices. You order currency in advance (about 3 days to get it in) or they have the cash card on which you can have Pounds, USD or AusD. You can use the card as a VISA (but you only have what you have put on it)or you can withdraw your cash at an ATM. It's supposedly much safer than the credit cards (we have been scammed in Bali before with the copied card)as it operates via a PIN. We're off next month and will be trying this for the first time.
