The difference is with The Bali Concierge, from the plane you go straight into a lounge (there is a cordoned off enclosed area for smokers also), you give them your visa fee, luggage tags and passports. I had some friends go through earlier today. They had already downed a few bintangs before even sighting an immigration officer. How many countries can you do that in? For only $38 AUD.
