Just because Jetstar advertise packages based on a week long stay, you can make it for a longer stay if you wish, they'll just add on a per night extra charge for the hotel. Same with any other package deal. Often you'll find 'lead in' packages based on 4 nights or 7 nights etc. If you enquire, you'll find that you can upgrade to different hotels and add extra nights.
