We stay at the suites every year, for a number of years now. Our children are currently aged 11, 8 and 2 and they have grown up going on holiday to Bali. We all love the suites due to the large appartments, friendly staff and good pool areas. We like the restaurant, although small, the food quality has always been fine and the staff really friendly. The 50% off passport finished over a year ago. They offered it for a short period for returning guests only, but following an email regarding our recent booking for April next year, we have been told it no longer exists. With or without the passport, we certainly did not find it too expensive, but we agree, Sanur's restaurants are great and you will want to get out and about. The location is not great admittedly, on a main road, but really close to everything. Easy to get taxis, plus the hotel has courtesy bus to the beach during the day. Very easy. You can also go on some interesting walks down some of the nearby laneways and the Sanur Market and Beach is an easy walk in the cool of the morning. When we go to Bali we normally stay for a month. We split our stay between different locations, but always return here. Again, the food is fine, good variety - Plus you have some basic cooking facilities if you can be bothered cooking your own. The hotel is only a few minutes away and you can sign back to our room from there.
