After 12 trips to Bali through various travel agents, we did our recent 13th trip 'package' ourselves. And it ended up being the longest cheapest holiday.

Surabaya to Bali - 16 nights
Bali - KL - full day
KL - Gold Coast
ALL flights/taxes/25kg baggage allowance/insurance/accomodation = $1200 per person.
We're already planing next trip with a side trip to Vietnam.
