We always used to take backpack which contained camera, glasses, hats, money, drink etc but it is just too hot on the back I find, now I take a postman style bag which fits most things, considering that phones and cameras are getting smaller. Now that our little guy is not so little, he doesn't need as much stuff carted around either, although we still always have wipes/aquim too.
I usually seem to carry a lot of rubbish (literally) as finding a bin is such a challenge.
