when Brian cut his head quite badly and we went to SOS clinic. They were no problem to claim with at all. They had one query over a chemist receipt but when I translated and explained they paid that too. If we had receipts we could even have claimed taxi fares for our visits to and from SOS. Don't think Bali taxi drivers carry receipts though.
I now use 1Cover annual travel insurance which works out really good value if you go a few times a year and also covers travel within Australia for that year.
