definitely try Sails restaurant - great food and service.
Wayans Warung is also worth a stop, in the previous bay Lean, cheap and cheerful, food excellent and Wayan is a great lady.
We like to stay at Anda Amed, has a good infinity pool above the road with great view, not sure if they rent it out but I am sure that you could ask one of the staff there, try Made Jaya, he is a switched on guy. Their food is great also!
