i carry a normal purse with a hair band to wrap around my roll of money, i put the smallest notes in the middle of my roll and the largest notes on the outside, with all my money in it in my hand or carry bag, never had a problem , dont normally carry more than 150$AUD on me and nothing else important, i do take my credit card to spend on larger purchase at boutiques. i take a couple of shopping bags so i dont get hundred of little balck plastic bags trying to do my bit for the enviroment :). mind you i dont go out much at night :) so might be a little more protective of pick pokets etc then
