Cheaper to book outside of hotel get better rates for tours. But make sure you still negotiate for the best price. Don't for get to try carrefours bakery its wonderful and on the same floor near the hairdresser they have a great reflexology place when we were there last year we got 1 hr massage for 35.000rup I don't know if the price has gone up but they do a fantastic job well worth the visit.
