is my favourite...about to have my third stay there in three weeks time. It has all the things you wanted, swim-up bar, in room safe and spa (the Melasti Beach Resort next door has an excellent spa as well)and is right on the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. I have stayed at the Jayakata and the Dynasty, but prefer the PR as it is much smaller and the staff are friendly and helpful.
