Depends entirely on your budget, but there are several good beachfront (well almost except for the pedestrian road in front)such as Padma, Legian Beach Hotel, Niksoma, Puri Raja, Mandira. Plenty of reveiws about all of them on this forum and also Trip Advisor. Different prices and services, depending on what you are looking for.
