Trigana have different class seats so the cheaper ones sell out and the remaining are more expensive. It is possible that is the case.
The price will not include departure tax. You pay that separately before you go through security, and then hand your tax receipt to security.
Given there are 8 of you, it might be worth one of you going out to the airport and buying the tickets (assuming you are already in Bali?). If you are booking ahead to September then things get very busy for Ramidan, and the prices get jacked up.
