If you do comparisons you need to compare apples with apples and these hotel are too different. I would rate Dynasty as a good 4 star 'fun' hotel but I am not a fan of that end of town. I suggest you decide on where you want to be first. Legian Beach Hotel and Jayakarta are both on Legian beach (my preferred option). Then there is the cost. I bet Jayakarta is less than the other two to stay but when you get there you will find the prices for food and drinks are a lot and probably more than the other 2. The rooms at the Dynasty and Legian are nicer than the Jayakarta. If you have kids stay at the Dynasty but maybe you should decide on the price you want to pay and the area you want to be in and then go from there. Loads of choice so narrow down the price and location first.
