If your talking about a decent amount (50+ pairs) most stalls will quote around the same business price.
Scout around the shops/stalls and find one that has 'everything' that you want and go from there.
We go upto Tegalalang for business and found the shoe prices there (there is one shop with shoes on the bend as you come into the main shop street)were the same as what we were paying in Legian.
