is what you are looking for - or ayam betutu if you want the chicken version. Lots and lots of local restaurants serve it, you will find it listed in their special section of the menu, often places ask for 24 hours notice to serve it.
I love Ibu Oka's babi guling. We try and eat there any time we are in Ubud but get there early otherwise you wont get a seat. Once she has run out, she packs up and goes home. Before 11.30 is best - but they dont serve anything else, Bumbu next door does nice ice cream treats for the kids though!
