there earlier this year and it was fantastic. I did see it on the travel show and when i mentioned babi guling to our driver he also recommended the same. We had a day in Ubud at a spa then had a great feed for lunch then touristy stuff in the arvo. The prices were so cheap as well. around 30,000rp per serve of rice, pork and the best crackle if i remember correctly.
As far as comparing the prices at La Lucciola and they are one end of the scale to the other. Prices would be triple but so is the quality and service.
