If you're in Ubud, try Ibu Oka. This place was featured on Anthony Bourdain's cooking TV programme & he raved about it. It's very popular both with tourists & Indonesians, so much so that we couldn't get in but when collecting our car I met Ibu Oka herself & had my pic taken with her. Don't think they serve anything other than Bali Guling but you could always eat next door at a Bumbu Bali & leave hubby with Ibu Oka.
It's in the street at the side of the Palace.
