We go to Bali every year and sometimes it takes 30 minutes to get right through and then in June this year it took nearly 2 hours - we landed behind 2 747s. You never know. If you have paid thousands of dollars for your holiday, have a long flight and then get held up for another 2 hours, what's US$75 more for the extra comfort and luxury!!!
