We have stayed here for our last two trips, the latest in June this year. I have always booked direct with the hotel and have had no problems, I specify which room I want and they do their best to accomodate us. They are prompt in their replies and the staff are wonderful, we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Only 12 rooms makes sure all the staff get to know you well, nothing is too much trouble for them!
