we now are travelling interstate to catch Air Asia!! 10 min delay with them was way ahead of Jetstar min 45 min delays on 6 international flights!! The worst being 2 and half hours twice out of Bali. Food on Air Asia was much better as was the service on board as we actually got service with smiling faces! Saved heaps on the jetstar prices as well so look forward to the Oct trip on Air Asia as well!!
