I work in Scandinavias largest travel agency, ticketing department. I don't know much about Air Paradise, but the person fra Asia Escape Holidays is right.
Information from IATA is intened for travel agencies only. We are not allowed to distribute memoms from IATA, except certain documents.
I have handled many cases over the years with bankrupt airlines. Biggest case we had was VARIG Brazilian Airline.
When an arline is bankrupt, the travel agency will collect all unused tickets and send these over to IATA for processing. This may take a LONG time and you are not guarnanted to get a refund.
IATA will never answer questions directly from the passengers, but will refer them to the travel agency that issued their tickets.
Hope this was to some help.
