change terminals...there are 3 and depending on airline...if you are Garuda to Bali then no need. You will need to do the VOA, clear customs and rebook to Bali in domestic section. If you are still in same terminal there are a few shops, a Periplus bookshop and a number of coffee places and there are ATMs to get some money as well as money changers. Once you get past the Periplus there isn't much. You can't have access to duty free as you will now be a domestic passenger. The other terminals that the budget airlines use require a bus transport and they have less amenities. All the terminals have lounges that you can pay to access but depending on your time you need to see if worth it.
