Thankyou so much for your post it was fantastic so helpful, I have a couple of questions and you seem like the person to ask so here it goes, most of the prices we have seen for trips restaraunts etc have all been in US dollars do we need to take some US dollars with us as we have changed all our spending money into Indonesian Rupiahs and are now in a panic?
Also you mentioned departure tax we asked the travel agent if there was any as you had to pay for visa to get in and where told no! if there is how much and where and when do you have to pay?
Who would you ask at airport to pay and go to 1st class lounge on way home? we are travelling back to england?
