i returned just on 6 weeks ago and i spoke to Rudy the owner and i know he said what will be happing is as of april 2009 they are looking at closing most or all of the motel and the building that is getting down now will be Resecption till closure then what will hapen is that that whole area will be become 6 appartments high and not sure how many are going in there
Rudy was saying that he was looking into selling some of them off to assies to buy at around $60,000 our money depending on the out come of the building side of things
i stay here every year and im a little dissopointed as i enjoy the area so now it looks like i have to find some were else in the same area and same cost GUESS hwta nothing at all
