We were there 2 weeks ago and stayed in superior rooms. They were OK, very big and yes they were cleaned every day, but 2 of ours and a few others we heard about had a bad sewer smell coming from the bathroom. 3 kids (20, 21 &23) shared a room and had alot of trouble with the air con - it didn't work at all. Nothing was done about it for 10 days despite requests once or twice a day. The majority of staff were not very friendly, aside from security and the room cleaners who were just lovely. If you have a big day out and are tired don't order room service it was always cold! It was very busy while we were there and most places were booked out that may be why things were as they were. We would look to go somewhere else.
