Ketuts fixed price shop in Garlic Lane usually have larger sizes in most womens clothes. There is also a shop in this street called BIG australia where you can also buy stuff.
The best idea is to do a search on this forum and you will find lots of really helpful info as this question is often asked. There was a really good JBR done by "The Pies" I think and they are had some great recommendations.
