Ask for upstairs room with balcony near pool. Friends stayed in one of those and it was gorgeous, big bathroom, TV, tea/coffee...everything. We had a standard room - no TV, no tea/coffee facilities..miles from the beach, etc.,
Naturally, you have to pay that bit extra for the good room :)
