I have been to Bali over 20 times and go back in 3 weeks. In the past we stay have stayed at Padma Legian for a month each year. In June my daughter and I went to Bali without my hubby and son, we stayed at Samsara. In 3 weeks I go back with our 16yo son and 18 yo daughter and we chose Masa Inn as it is SO central and the rooms are great value. We viewed this hotel and it's good for us, meets our needs... I can't comment on night time noise though. There are two pools there and apparently the 'rear pool' and 'rear rooms' are where the partying happens whereas the front rooms and pool are apparently a little quieter. We will find out in a couple of weeks. Hope this helps...
