Australian agents are governed by rules - Indonesian agents are not.
I am sure there are some ethical agents here but many play both ends against the middle.
Alasdair Stewart of In Touch would not be in the business in Australia and would be doing time for the money he "steals" from his clients. A favourite trick is to mark up the price and pocket the difference us a commission.
