Stayed at Jayakata in 2006,water is supplied daily but if you find the water cart which is usually parked under a stairwell you can grab a free water at any time.If you are staying on the bottom floor please check your doors as the locks are sometimes tampered with,the small restaurant opp Jayakata and next to the Baleka Hotel is the best around for food,water,cigarettes etc.It is expensive to eat and drink at Jayakata but there are many cheap restaurants in the area,if you would like to no more please email me on tezzabrown@hotmail.com
