You would miss the connecting flight to Bangkok even if The KL flight left and arrived on Time which in my exprience they usualy do.
You have to remember that in KL you have to collect your bagage get through Imagration and customs then check in go back though imagration to the departure area. 1 hour is not sufficient time to do this with any certainty I would not like to try it. The LCCT terminal in KL is a very busy place with many arrivals and departures and is always busy.
