Can I bring back shells into Aus??

I have seen on the Geneva website they sell packs of assorted shells. A bit bigger and more decorative than you can pick up on the beach. I want to bring some back to Australia. Does anyone know if this is allowed? Of course i will declare them but don't want to spend too much if they might be taken away. Has anyone bought them back before? Thanks
