Its a hard one because there are so many great restaurants in Bali. But coming close as my favourites are the following but not in any particular order...
Il Fiori on JL Kartika, Tuban (Italian)
Nero's on JL Legian, Kuta (best vodka capriosca's!)
Kori Poppies II, Kuta (Best butterfish)
Stadium, JL Kartika, Tuban (best cheap pub type good - lots of variety)
The restaurant that fronts the Ramayana hotel (great food and comfy chairs!)
Ma Joly - beachfront Tuban (best French fine dining)
