Obviously, there will be a time lag between order and delivery also, depending on your prescription.
Maybe you can stop off en route to Amed at Discovery or somewhere and order, then you could pay for "courier" or collect when returning.
I think there would be outlets at Gianyay and maybe Amlapura, although maybe not a great selection.
