I understand this is a 99.99% Australian site, actually I'm French living in Dublin Ireland, so over here the Open Water is more expensive than in bali and you have to dive in Dublin Bay !!!!
I might go for the referral as the National Aquatic Center (a big swimming pool....) is right next to work.
