a travel agent, looking online at Zuji, Jetabroad there is nothing around 20th Dec under $2000.00. Jetabroad have flights from Byron to Brisbane , then Singapore, Bali.
Jetstar are the same cost and you would have to get your mum to Brisbane first.
Try this agent, if she can't do it I doubt anyone can.
