Hi, I have enjoyed reading your JBR's. Being a regular at the Ramada I was slightly annoyed that they gave you a bit of trouble at checkin etc..... I hope that at the end of your stay you did put all in writing for Management to take note. This is only way some times that mgt get to hear of things. When we stay I always make an appointment with the General Manager- I give hime feedback and it is good to hear from him what the hotel will also be doing in future. Can you tell me have they put a rail into the pool where you walk in near the kiddies pool? This is one of my requests from last year ( I did this due to the amount of elderly that were staying to assist them get in and out) and it would be good to come back and find this done.
I also wanted to know the Russians who stayed there were they drunk the whole time and this can become very annoying.......
